沖壓件類：

      沖壓是一種金屬塑性加工方法，其柸料主要是板材、帶材、管材及其他型材，利用沖壓設(shè)備通過模具的作用，使之獲得所需要的零件形狀和尺寸。

      材料、模具和設(shè)備是沖壓的三要素。

      沖壓加工要求被加工材料具有較高的塑性和韌性，較低的倔強(qiáng)比和時(shí)效敏感性，一般要求碳素鋼伸長(zhǎng)率&≥16%、屈強(qiáng)比σs/σb≤70%、低合金高強(qiáng)度鋼&≥14% 、σs/σb≤80%。否則，沖壓成形性能較差，工藝上必須采取一定的措施，從而提高了零件的制造成本。

Stamiping part class:

   Stamping is a method of plastic working of metals. Its blank is mainly lumber,strip,pipe and other materials.After the action of mold by the use of stamping equipment,shape and size of the parts needed come out.

Materials,mold. and equipment are three elements of stamping.

   Stamping require high plasticity and toughness,low yield ratio and aging sensitivity of materials   machined. Generally,the carbon steel's elongation should be greater than or equal to 16% and ratio of     YSUTS less than or equal to 70%,while HSLA PLate Steel's elongation should be greater than or equal to 14%and ratio of YSUTS less than or equal to 80%.Otherwise the performance of stamping forming would be   poor, and we must take certain measures in craft and thus the manufacturing cost of parts increases.
